[BlueOnyx:11067] Squirrel Mail Doesn't Work with suPHP

On sites that I have enabled suPHP, SquirrelMail reports the following:


Internal Server Error

File "/usr/share/squirrelmail/index.php" is not in document root of 
Vhost "/home/.sites/132/site12/web"

What can I do to fix this?
