While this error is unrelated to the high CPU load, you can fix it with
this command: "yum install pgsql"

Later versions of this PKG have this fixed. It's a small discrepancy
between CentOS based and SL based BlueOnyx'es. One one of them
installing pgsql-libs will also install pgsql, on the other it doesn't.
