Is it wrong that my biggest take-away from this is there's a 
"disgruntled helldesk guy"?

Helldesk.  I'm just picturing the poor guy.

Beyond being funny, it's kind of a trueism, isn't it?  Cause if you're 
doing email support, that is a level of hell.
