Its a vps so the network setting scant be sett on the vps
It is set by the node.

Just a site note, the servers are running fine on the new ip.
Just wondering why the new ip isnt set by the server

have you checked Server Management System Settings for the correct IP and
each website for the correct IP.

AFAIK the server hostname should be different than any of the website names
