Herb,

I go to Site Management -> Select the site -> Mailing Lists -> Select Mailing List
Then select "MailMan Admin Interface".
Login with the password you specified in Advanced Tab.

Then you set in "Privacy options" -> "Sender filters" -> 
"Action to take for postings from non-members for which no explicit action is defined" to "Accept"
"Should messages from non-members, which are automatically discarded, be forwarded to the list moderator?" to "No"

And in "Privacy options" -> " Recipient filters" ->
"Must posts have list named in destination (to, cc) field (or be among the acceptable alias names, specified below)?" to "No"

Then it should work that all users can post messages.

Which advanced settings page?

I tried alot of things and can't figure this one out.
Can you be more specific?

I have the same Issue on a 5106R installation.
I have to use the advanced settings page to adjust the settings. 
It could be a bug.

I just installed 5108R-SL-6.3 
and my mailing lists are having a problem.

Your mail to '826-admin' with the subject

    test 3

Is being held until the list moderator can review it for approval.

The reason it is being held:

    Post by non-member to a members-only list


But my posting policy is "all users can post messages"

Any clues?
