I second that.. to disable open_basedir entirely is important to some heavy
sites!
So would be nice to have some server option to disable it.

Hello Michael /list

My client dont want to use open_basedir on his server, its slows down his
site.

Every yupdate reenables the open_basedir settings.
Is it possible that you add a open_basedir flag to some page where we can
enable/disable open_basedir

When i change the files below openbasedir isnt put back.
But when these files are changed by a update it starts all over.

/usr/sausalito/handlers/base/vsite/php_vsite_handler.pl

if ($vsite_php_settings->{"open_basedir"} ne "") {  # $script_conf .=
'php_admin_value open_basedir ' .
$vsite_php_settings->{"open_basedir"} . "n"; }

/usr/sausalito/constructor/base/vsite/import_php_ini_settings.pl

    @oids = $cce->find('PHP', {'applicable' => 'server'});
    if ($#oids < 0) {

there are open_basedir lines, i removed them

thanxs

Steffan
