[BlueOnyx:09476] BQ install with NuOnce PHP

Yes, I still have a BQ VPS up and running for a couple of old sites
still working on upgrades to php5. The backup VPS for these sites went
down and trying to re-setup. After a fresh install of NuOnce 4.8 iso and
then yum updates (GUI would not work until updates done). I then tried
to install the NuOnce packages I have for MySQL 5.0.51 and PHP-4.4.4
packages and get this error...

Looking at the log, I see the following. Is this an issue with unixODBC
or js? I have tried to do the installs prior to yum updates and still
the same result. Anyone how to get this to install?
