[BlueOnyx:10978] Strange URL problem on 5108R

Hi all,

This has just cropped up while checking another site.

The URL:

	http://www.joefrater.com/aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Should 404 but does not - instead it shows the index.html file.  This is a
bog standard site with no rewriterules added.

I found the problem while trying to find out why
http://domain.tld/foldername would not redirect to
http://domain.tld/foldername/ - that is, append the trailing slash (or at
least look for the folder first).

This problem appears to be affecting all sites on the server. I'm guessing
it's a problem in httpd.conf, but doesn't anyone have any ideas?
