[BlueOnyx:10746] mlocate permissions

Hi all,

I'm seeing some weird behavior on both of our BlueOnyx boxes where the mlocate cron file updates its permissions such that it isn't executable.  I've changed it back several times and am unsure what could be causing it.  Is there anything in BX that might be responsible or is it more likely something custom on our end?
