[BlueOnyx:10843] Import user thru GUI - fail

On fully yum'ed 5107R I cannot import users, I get this when trying to upload .tsv file

And nothings happens after that - it just refreshes every 5 sec. the page shows 0/6 to import but does not continue

In [BlueOnyx:10140 + 10143] from 15. April the issue also was discussed
