It's a physical server ( no virtualisation ), iLO, NIC1 and NIC2 available
only on a HP DL360 G4.

I did build the drives on a DL360 G4 then moved it to another DL360 G$ (
modified the relevant rules files to remove the hardware addresses as per
list emails that I read to handle the situation ). The System Settings /
TCP/IP screen shows four adapters but only the first two are filled/used.

The machine is working well and routing is successful... I did add the
routes to the route table manually because I 'had to have them' but this
issue was apparent before I manually added the routes. If I add more routes
( that are not manually added in the existing route table ) the same error
is apparent.
