[BlueOnyx:09773] 5108R "No such user here" error

Hi Gang,
I'm having a problem with a new 5108R installation that we just imported 
from BQ last night.

For some reason, all users on a particular domain are getting
553 5.3.0 user at domain.tld... No such user here

The users absolutely exist.  As do the aliases.  Email is enabled for 
domain and users.  The domain is in the Email Server Aliases.

This is not happening on all domains, just this one so far as I can tell.

Ideas?  Corrupted CMU?
