[BlueOnyx:09785] Kernel & Other Errors After Last YUM Updates On 5106R

Hello list,

Getting some new errors in the logs since the last YUM update. 
Rebooted the 5106R using the newest kernel below.
Any ideas where to begin?

Removed:
kernel-PAE.i686 0:2.6.18-274.3.1.el5    

Installed:
kernel-PAE.i686 0:2.6.18-308.1.1.el5
