Thanks Michael,
I actually ignored /var, /tmp, /boot and /home since those are all in
partitions that are separate from /. So narrowing that, I found:
2.8G /etc

Since /etc on my other BX boxes sits at just a few MB, I decided to dig
a little deeper there and found:
2.8G ./dcc

And from /etc/dcc we got:
2.8G ./log

In there are hundreds of files dating back as far as Feb 18 such as:
-rw------- 1 root root 2.2K Feb 18 05:43 msg.0N9CWS
-rw------- 1 root root 2.0K Feb 18 05:43 msg.0N9CWU
-rw------- 1 root root 15K Feb 18 05:43 msg.0N9CWW
-rw------- 1 root root 6.9K Feb 18 05:43 msg.0N9CWY
-rw------- 1 root root 2.3K Feb 18 05:43 msg.0N9CX2
-rw------- 1 root root 2.2K Feb 18 05:44 msg.0N9CX4
-rw------- 1 root root 13K Feb 18 05:44 msg.0N9CX6
-rw------- 1 root root 6.9K Feb 18 05:44 msg.0N9CX8
-rw------- 1 root root 28K Feb 18 05:44 msg.0N9CXa

-rw------- 1 root root 31K Feb 18 05:45 msg.0N9CXE
-rw------- 1 root root 2.2K Feb 18 05:44 msg.0N9CXg
-rw------- 1 root root 3.5K Feb 18 05:45 msg.0N9CXG
-rw------- 1 root root 7.4K Feb 18 05:44 msg.0N9CXi
-rw------- 1 root root 33K Feb 18 05:45 msg.0N9CXI
-rw------- 1 root root 3.4K Feb 18 05:44 msg.0N9CXk

This customer has AV-SPAM installed and I'm supposing "dcc" enabled and
it's not flushing out the logs.

Obviously these can be manually flushed, but shouldn't there be some
sort of automation behind that? /etc is a relatively small partition on
a BX box (6GB), and this sort of activity left unchecked will quickly
fill it up. And I don't think we want that to happen! :O
