Yeah, I wish that would still work. It was changed in Anaconda. In the past 
when you didn't specify a partitioning scheme in the kickstart script, 
Anaconda fired up disk druid to allow you to partition yourself. It still does 
that. But nowadays it only allows you a default partitioning scheme, to re-use 
existing partitions or to upgrade an existing system. And you can select the 
disks. But the dialogue to allow you to modify an existing or create a new 
partition scheme is gone <sigh>.

I'll see if I can throw in a separate kickstart for no-LVM and no-RAID, which 
can be called from the CD's menu.
