[BlueOnyx:09839] blueonyx admin UI import no work

HI All

I try to import the user in blueonyx UI(User Management > Import), i upload
the userlist.tsv), this page show "Status Adding Users (0/2), no err msg,
just reload the page, i check the message log

I use IE9
