[BlueOnyx:10525] suPHP and roundcude on 5108r

I am running a 5108r fully patched with solarspeed RoundCube   0.5.3

When enabling suPHP  for a site, RoundCube  stops working with an http error 500

Any ideas and help would be appreciated
