Checked another 5107 there the settings was correct
Checked the yum log on both vps servers
Arg...Yum is not enabled by default
Looked in the siteadmin noticed yum update was disabled bij default on both
machines.

Is this box fully YUM updated?
During one of the recent base-vsite and base-email updates (a few weeks ago)
I
added provisions to call the two webscripting related handlers also during
Email alias changes. One of these handlers adds just the PHP flags and the
other one adds the lines for PHP, CGI and SSI support in general.
So as far as I know this should be fixed. But I'll check again and will see
if
I can replicate the problem.
