[BlueOnyx:11677] Existing database destroyed on site creation

On a 5106R, customer wanted a second site for development, including a 
database.  After creating the new site, the database for the old site 
was wiped because I had used the same name for the new one as for the 
old one.

Granted that I should have checked, but it would be useful for the site 
creation code to check for existing databases in case of silly admins 
like me.
