What is supposed to happen when you suspend a site? 

When I suspend one of my sites I get a forbidden message and an error. 

This is ok but i would rather have a custom page I could configure. 

would that be hard to do? 

almost all my sites use suPHP and word press. 

the users for the site owner seem to disappear when you suspend a site and come back when you uncheck the box. 

Does the suspend also stop all email from working?
