[BlueOnyx:11511] Hardware problems

Hello list,

 

Can comeone advice me.

I hava a big (VPS)  server that now has crased 2 times in the last 2 ½ days.

 

The server hangs and when looking at the screen (with remote managment)

The server reports

sd 0:0:0:0 rejecting I/O to offline device

 

After a reboot (the only thing i can do)

 

The server is comming back up
on boot the server reports several

Clearing Orphaned Inode xxxxx

Messages

 

Looks lik ethere is nothing in the logs

 

Its a intell machine with a   hardware raid card running raid 1+0.
