I would email Michael Stauber of Solarspeed direct, or
raise a ticket, or even phone him - he is very sharp and extremely
helpful about this stuff. 

I phoned him in the middle of a Gran Prix
one Sunday and he moved heaven and earth to help me even though it was
far from convenient.
