[BlueOnyx:11331] Spamassassin restart/stop error

On one of my servers I get the following error when trying to restart or stop the 
spamassassin deamon.

[root at srv03 init.d]# spamassassin restart

On the web I only found a website with comments on updating the spamassassin rules 
with 'sa-update --no-gpg' and then check with 'spamassassin --lint'. That gives no 
errors.

Anyone with ideas? I didn't try reinstalling spamassassin yet, because of it being a 
production box.
