Hi Gregg,
My suggestion would be to let someone else worry about that.  There is a 
service provider that specializes in outsourced Outlook solutions.  You 
still host the email and that's controlled through you, but then the 
calenders are handled by them.  The company is called Lookout Software 
and they have a rather extensive presence in our datacenter.  Here's a
