[BlueOnyx:14116] How to disable IPV6??

One of our 5107R servers has been attacked repeatedly - via IPV6.

I've just spent hours trying to disable the IPV6 in Blueonyx/Centos6/Redhat6.  But nothing is working.

Does anyone know a sure-fired method to turn off IPV6??
