Michael,

problem is still existing. Maybe I have a new hint.
I can see the issue for email account with 5000 MB Quota and more.
Can it be that only account with a very big quota have this issue?

Could you check this in the program which generates the messages?

Could be that Tjerk is right and that the quotas are out of sync. Please run the following two commands as "root" on your BlueOnyx:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/disk_restorequotas.pl
swatch

It'll do two things: The first command reads what the disk quota limits for users and sites should be from CODB. It saves these values to the file system.

The second command then runs the active monitor and reads (among other
things) what the actual disk usage for sites and users is and writes that back into CODB.

Let's see if that fixes the problem.
