Hi Richard,

not sure to understand you right but try it.

When you want to move/migrate a  VPS running on one 
Aventurin{e}-MasterNode A to another Aventurin{e} Masternode B, this is 
the right way:

vzmigrate -r no --keep-dst -v targethost xx

You run this on the masternode A as root,
targethost means the Hostname oder IP of the masternode B
xx means the VEID of the VPS.

This will rsync the VPS to the new masternode once,
then shutdown the VPS and sync it again,
then start the VPS on the masternode B.

If the bandwidth betweenA and B is slow or the machines are slow, you 
can fasten the process by shuting down all mailservices.
If you run big MySQL databases, shutdown trhe MySQL-Daemon tomake sure
  to migrate the db corretly.

Be sure not to run an existing VPS on B witrh the same VEID.

This procedure are proofed and we did this about 50 times without any 
issues.


What do you mean by:

to the new VPS.

Do you want to import an existing standalone BlueOnyx to a BlueOnyx 
running within a VPS?
CMU migrates all Vhosts from one BO to another. Think it also works on a 
standalone BO and than CMUImport on a VPS.running a BO.

If you want to migrate a complete dedicated server running a BO to a VPS 
running on Aventurin{e}: Michael is specialised in doing this.
