[BlueOnyx:12244] CMU problem on migrating Lists from 5106 to Up

Michael Stauber seems to not want to discuss this problem
He might  think that this problem has already  been  resolved.

But it was not solved.
So,  I  changed the title.

This is a important problem if 5106 has 80% percents of BO.
There is a problem in not only Japanese letters.

We cannot migrate 5106 to others.
