[BlueOnyx:11876] proposal modified /usr/sausalito/sbin/phpsendmail

Hi List, and happy new year!

This morning, I was debugging some php scripts that use sendmail.

I found it easy to change the sendmail wrapper we have, 
/usr/sausalito/sbin/phpsendmail

To the line that begins with
/usr/bin/logger
I have added at the end
, param=$*
so that the optional extra parameter for sendmail show up in the maillog.

I think it might be worth having this change in the distribution.
