Never mind.

Its not BO  but BQ that regenerates the files
Need to replace these servers...

Hello list,

Some VPS servers hangs with a corrupt database I fixed the most of them by
doing rm -vf /var/lib/rpm/__db* rpm --rebuilddb

but after that a some servers (5106 and 5107) regenerates a __db.003  file

any idees why and how to fix this ?
