Run this command from SSH as "root":

/etc/init.d/cced.init restart

Afterwards and for good measure also run this two commands:

/usr/sausalito/constructor/solarspeed/av_spam/aa_initial_inst.pl
/usr/sausalito/constructor/solarspeed/av_spam/update_spamfilter_info.pl

Then it should work.
