[BlueOnyx:13309] DFIX problem?

Hoi,

i have DFIX on my boxes but one customer know has a problem connecting to the server, it seems she has been banned by the dfix feathure, how can i remove here host block ?

in the web interface i already removed the block but she still cannot connect ...
