Are you sure that the router is on 192.168.0.1?
I'd run a quick test to see...
Try dhclient eth0 - if you get no response, try dhclient eth1.
You could also run /root/network_settings.sh and set the machine to DHCP.
If you get no response from the router's DHCP server, then you have some infrastructure issues.

I forgot to say:
That I've changed this servers static IP address to: 192.168.0.110
(and I reserved it in the router)
so that it doesn't clash with the P3 servers IP of: 192.168.0.100
