[root at 5108r /]# rpm -q --whatprovides /etc/cron.d/swatch.cron
swatch-3.0.2-0BX13.el6.noarch

So that cronjob for swatch is provided with the swatch RPM.

Do this please:

rpm -e --nodeps swatch
yum install swatch

That should remove the swatch you currently have and then re-fetch it
from YUM.
