[BlueOnyx:12373] PHP session issue after PHP/Apache update on 5107R (including fix)

Just a heads up for admins breaking their head on customers that are complaining PHP sessions are not working anymore:

If you use suPHP on sites, please check the permissions on /var/lib/php/session

On one of our Scientific Linux 6 based boxes the permissions on above directory changed to 770 (need to be 777).

a chmod 777 fixed the issue.
