Ok, I found and fixed the problem. It affected 5107R and 5108R. It was a
problem with a PHP script on the Solarspeed mirrors, which didn't have
provisions past CentOS or Scientific 6.3 <doh!>.

I just fixed that.

Run another "yum clean all" and "yum update" and this time it'll go through.
