It's actually 'EUC-JP', but yes.

I just published an updated "sausalito-palette-0.5.2-0BX24" to the YUM
repositories. I'm not sure if it'll fix the problem, as I can't seem to
replicate it on my test box.

So please run a YUM update in a few hours (when the Japanese mirror has
picked up the changes) and see if it now works for you.
