Since we’re dealing with Outlook, you may want to confirm you have the latest root certificates update installed.
Also did you import the intermediate certificates or chain them together for import?
Does SMTP2 have its own IP address?

I don’t think they did. If I open the CRT file that they sent, all of the information is correct. It just doesn’t seem to import properly onto the server.

I think the silly part is trying to use a incorrect certificate, instead of going back to the issuer.  Comodo obviously screwed up if they've got all that included information wrong - make them correct & reissue the certificate before trying to use it.
