If you are using the Roundcube WebApp you can export a users contacts as
vcf xml. 

There are a couple of command line tools around that allow you to import
a complete set of IMAP folders and their contents from another server. I
just Google it to find the latest offering - let me know if you cant
turn it up and I will look back at the last time I did this to see what
I used. I think it was imapsync or something similar
