Hi, 

For contacts the Roundcube export vcf is the way to go I think. It's
pretty easy to change the vcf to a csv with a tiny bit of scripting. 

As for the emails, are you changing the physical server? If so imapsync
would be my choice. 

As for anything else - Michael knows much better than I do - but dont
forget about z-push on BO which allows you connect using Exchange
clients.
