[BlueOnyx:13630] active monitor system memory

Hi,

Would it be possible to put the output of the 'free' program in the active 
monitor mail whenever the status of the system memory changes? Just like 
since recently we can see the output of 'top' when the status of the 
processor changes?

Even nicer would be the output of
echo "scale=2; `free | grep cache: | awk '{print $4}'` / `free | grep Mem 
| awk '{print $2}'` * 100" | bc

which displays the real percentage of memory free, not accounting 
diskcache.
