Thanks, I got this working.

I have another question. Does anyone offer a package or installation how-to
that has a current version of RoundCube installed as a single folder?

I have an old version from Solarspeed and I bought their new version but it
does not migrate users settings or allow for easy customizations of the
roundcube config for the whole server.
