Dont give everybody permisions to login

If you have root access

Login to the box as root

 

Then try

service admserv restart

or

service cced.init restart

 

and see what happens

if you dont have root acces to the box contact the person who does.

 

See

/var/log/httpd/access_log

/var/log/httpd/error_log

 

/var/log/admserv/adm_error

For debugging

hi

are very inexperienced and do not know where to put my hand.

 

if I loghin control panel it says:

"You do not have permission to access the requested file on this server"

 

the only way to access the site is by ftp.

 

can you help me if I give you the permission?

What debugging have you done so far? Check file permissions and logs -
they'll be able to tell you the problem far better than we can.
