That is always a DNS problem.   Make sure that the DNS for the domain is 
set properly both in the public nameservers and on the BlueOnyx server. 
  Ensure there are NO CNAME's associated with the MX records.  Finally, 
check that the domain is a listed alias in the email settings for the site.

If all else fails, tell us the domain that you're having a problem with 
and we'll check it out.
