[BlueOnyx:15208] Email Delays - AV-Spam v5

I have the Solarspeed AV-SPAM v5 package installed on a 5108R. Emails
sometimes take an hour or more to be delivered.

 

Is this something I can minimise via the settings on the server or am I at
the mercy of the internet in general?
