Why must it be in English? It has been that way for 15 years: If you
create a user, the default language options is to detect the language
from the browser. If the language obtainer from the browser is not
supported, it defaults to English. If the language detected from the
browser is among the supported language, then the page(s) will be shown
in the users language.

In which way? I don't understand that. Please elaborate.
