This is from an emailed Logwatch report? If so, Clamd wasn't running at
a time when it was needed. The error was logged and a subsequent Active
Monitor run has restarted it.

You can check /var/log/maillog for the time when it happened and I'd
almost bet that this happened during a daily logrotate when all the
services were restarted.

Things like that can happen and it's nothing to worry about.
