As Gustavo said: "whitelist_to" works. But you actually don't need it.
Just use the AV-SPAM GUI and set the filter to disabled for the account
in question. It'll raise the SPAM score to such a ridiculous value, that
it effectively makes sure that email will get through. No matter what.
