That's an OpenVZ VPS? If so, it might actually have both postfix and
sendmail installed and is only using sendmail. Still: During conflict
resolution of YUM updates it might cause these issues.

You can safely run "yum remove postfix" to get rid of postfix and that
will clear these dependency issues.

As we will probably see this issue more often I'll update the base-email
RPMs with a work around that "obsoletes" postfix to have it uninstalled
automatically.
