[BlueOnyx:16642] Yum update? FTP not accepting connections - 5106R

We have a 5106R server which has stopped accepting FTP connections:

I have tried restarting xinetd  but no better.

Yum updates are up to date and the yum log shows an update last week:

Could this be the problem?

Nobody can update their websites!! :(
